Motion

The following is a pilot program premiering at Sundance. I was tasked with doing an open, all interior graphic treatments, and an animated vignette in the style of the classic cartoon Daria. (You can see more of my animation work here.) The creative brief directed me to use any photos from the AFP library to communicate not only silly fashions and family disfunction, but the diverse and cherished shared experiences of real life; a celebration of the somewhat flawed. Of the 7 ideas presented in style frame boards, 5 were combined to comprise the open.
